Workflow - Requirements Capture
Requirements for ItriWare mirrors the Workflow definitions and setup.
By closely relating the requirements to the definitions enables direct management of what is occurring during Workflow implementation and permits a controlled process of maintaining a Workflow after implementation through the 'Support Request' system.
Capturing Requirements to Support the Workflow Structure
To directly relate requirements to the Workflow definitions, the primary requirements are captured and defined for these items:
- Activity/Tasks
- Routing
- Process Events
- Activity Events
Natually, each of these items may have multiple requirements to be met thus forming a requirements list or block.
This requirements block is managed as a group so any change or addition of one requirement will effect the status of the entire block. The requirements process will take the block through the phases of capture through implementation and de-commissioning.
In addition to requirements capture for the items listed, definition information is captured for:
- Process Owner Group
- Activity Type
- Activity Administrative Group
- Activity Action Group(s)
- Activity Assignments to Processes
